St Werburghs City Farm walk

Setting off from St Werburgh’s City Farm, we will walk out of the city through Boiling Wells towards Pond Field Wood and Hermitage Wood. We also get up and close to Dower House. The walk takes in two parks and a stretch along the River Frome. There is a cafe/food shack on route at Snuff Mills and the relics of a working stone sawmill . We will be back in time for a drink at the pub “The Farm”
What to bring
Trainers are ok to wear, but will get wet and muddy this time of year. Walking shoes or trail shoes would be a better option.
Waterproof jacket and warm clothing

Food & drink
It is worth bringing a snack or lunch. There is also a small food shack at Snuff Mills to purchase food and/or hot and cold drinks.
The city farm cafe should also be open at the start of the walk (but is not included as part of the walk, so allow time before the start of the walk if you wish to grab a coffee or food).
