Round Underbarrow then up Cunswick Scar in Cumbria Day Walk

Join Stephen on a 12 mile walk in and around the villages of Brigsteer and Underbarrow near Kendal in Cumbria.

We will walk along tops above Scout Scar an escarpment (cliff) with views across to the Cumbrian Fells and Morecambe Bay.

Pass Sizergh Castle and drop into Brigsteer Woods.

From there we will meander through woodland and skirt round the village of Underbarrow.

We will pass Cunswick Hall, Cunswick Tarn and then up a gentle ascent up onto Cunswick Scar  then head  back to the car park

When we finish we can then go down the road to The Black Labrador Pub - theblacklabrador.co.uk/
