Join us for a late summer camping event on the East Sussex/Kent border just 2-3 hours from London, Chelmsford, Margate and Brighton. The campshire is adjacent the Kent & East Sussex Railway and short distance away from Bodiam Castle and perfectly placed between 1066 country and the Weald of Kent.

1066 Country is now recognised throughout the world as a leading brand of historical significance.  The thriving market town of Battle is home to the very spot where King Harold fell during the fateful conflict.

The Weald of Kent is an area in the county of Kent (the so-called ‘Garden of England’). The name ‘weald’ is Old English in origin and signifies woodland, but today the name refers to an area of villages & towns rich in history, culture and picturesque countryside.

  • The site welcomes tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes.
  • OutdoorDogs are very welcome on this event when accompanied by responsible OutdoorLads.
  • Toilet & Shower block with free hot showers.
