Join Ade on this 12 mile walk around Crich taking in the ruins of Wingfield Manor, Cromford Canal and Lea Wood pump house. The walk also takes in the bluebell carpeted Lea Wood
Whilst there is a climb up to the Crich Stand (Sherwood Forester's war memorial lighthouse tower) most of the walk is fairly flat over the Amber valley hills or along the towpath of the Cromford canal passing by the Lea wood pump house (built in 1829).
There’s a nice pub we’ll stop at and have the option or a nice lunch, esp if the weather isn’t great.
