LSC - Little Spring Camp

If you are like me you are currently sleeping and working in your bedroom and nearly as keen for a change of scene as you are to keep to the current rules on travel and social distancing.

I decided to spend the night under canvas in my back garden and thought others might like that too.  If you haven't got a garden then a tent in the living room or a sheet stretched between the sofa and armchair will do.  This is about sleeping somewhere different (and not in that way).

After we have set up tents we can have the traditional ODL buffet of quiche with a beer and chat around the proverbial campfire.

Toilet and shower facilities will be available on site, so please no going for a wee in your neighbour's garden.

Dogs - this is a dog friendly event, well behaved cats are also welcome.

It is Easter weekend and there will be a virtual egg hunt Easter morning.

If you have a decent signal then chat will be on Zoom and Telegram, details to be sent to attendees in advance.

Make this feel as authentic as possible, get in your car at lunchtime and stare aimlessly into the distance for 7 hours, then try and remember how to build your tent.  Once you’re set up, join us for a group dinner.

we’ll be eating “around the fire” so pick a suitable dinner, and consider prepping beforehand or having a BBQ ready.
