This event is following up Oxford Pride Festival and is a great way to dicover what ODL is all about, so come along.

"Although our members are predominantly men, we welcome anyone who shares our values and love of the outdoors".

Starting at Oxford Station, we will make our way via the Oxford Canal and University Parks to the Cherwell Boathouse. From there, the fun bit start: we will punt up the river (0.6 mile) to the Vicky Arms (Old Marston) where we will lunch at the pub. Then we will take the punts back to the boat house from where we will head towards the East side of Port Meadows through Jericho. We will cross the river at Godstow to return via the Thames Towpath then crossing back over the river to reach Jericho and back to the Station. If time permits, we will either pause briefly on the West side of Port Meadows for a drink at a pub in Binsey or at the end of the walk at a pub in Osney.

Please note that the joy of punting is weather dependent. If the weather conditions are not good, we might shorten/cancel the punting part of this event or reschedule it. Fingers crossed....
