Heart of Dartmoor Weekend

You want Atmosphere? Dartmoor in November has all the Atmosphere you can handle.
The rolling mists across the moor, the nights drawing in, gathering around a cosy fire keeping the Beasts of the Wilderness at bay.
Come join OutdoorLads in exploring the wilds of Dartmoor National Park this November.
If you want to get away from it all, YHA Dartmoor is the perfect spot - high above the headwaters of the River Dart, surrounded by the Bellever forest, with wide open moorlands and high granite tors - ancient volcanic plugs - roamed by the famous wild Dartmoor ponies, who often pay a visit!
Saturday:
On the Saturday there will be 2 walks offered - a shorter walk towards picturesque Dartsmeet through Bellever Forest and a longer walk aiming for the legendary Warren House Inn high on Dartmoor through Fernsworthy Forest.
Sunday:
We'll be basing a short 2 hour walk on Sunday morning around nearby Widecombe on the Moor with an optional lunch at either the Old Inn or Cafe on the Green in Widecombe itself.
Dogs: This event is not suitable for dogs.
