Gamers Pub Crawl Walk

The next Stroud area walk will be a pub crawl with a difference. This seven mile hike will take in three pub stops, where we will play a different game at each location. It's no problem if you don't want to play, in fact some of the games will have a maximum number of players which means some of us will need to be watchers rather than players. At one of the stops, we will be doing an hour long escape room game.
The walk itself will be about half town and village walking, and half hiking across common land. There'll be a couple of modest climbs, the highest of which will be a gradual 100m gain. We should get some lovely views of the Severn Estuary as we head around Rodborough Common.
I will reserve a table for lunch at one of the pubs.
I've made sure this walk is accessible from public transport, but if you are planning to drive to Stroud on the day, please don't drink and drive.
Unfortunately this won't be an event suitable for dogs.
What to bring
Water: bring at least a litre
Medicines: if you have hay fever, diabetes, minor ailments etc.

Sunglasses: for any sunny day, even in winter
Sun cream: can be useful even on cloudy and winter days

Food & drink
With three pub stops, you're unlikely to be thirsty on this one, but you'll want to stay hydrated nonetheless so do bring a refillable bottle. We will be having lunch at one of the pubs. You might prefer to bring your own, but please note you won't be able to eat it on the pub premises.
