Dundee to Stirling Ochils Cycle

Come with us on this challenging day of road cycling from Dundee to Stirling along side and over the Ochils...
(most likely into a head wind!) We will be starting in Dundee, crossing the Tay Bridge, heading along the south shore of the Tay to Bridge of Earn, over the Ochils to Kinross and into Stirling. Check out the route on Strava
This event is intended to be part of a 2 day road cycling weekend linked into the East Neuk Cycle event. You will need to be fit to ride this weekend as it has over 3000ft of ascent on this 56 mile route. We will be pushing hard to keep a keen pace. We may stop at a pub in Stirling to fuel up our bodies after the ride.
We will be ending up at Stirling Station for ease of transport links. Scotrail does not require cycle reservations on its trains though it does come on a first come-first served basis.
For those of you coming on the East Neuk Cycle too, the leader will be staying at the Dundee Backpackers which has a courtyard where up to 12 bikes can be stored. Cost per bed in a dorm will be £20 - book this early to avoid disappointment.
