Doncaster - Relaxing, Calm Walk

Join Shaun for a very relaxing, chilled, slow- paced leisure walk around Doncaster. 4.2km (2.62 miles).

This intriguing walk takes you through a tranquil area just outside Doncaster, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Along the route, you’ll spot a variety of birds and ducks, as well as a range of beautiful flowers, making it a perfect setting to unwind, socialise, and enjoy nature.

There’s also an opportunity to explore some local history. The South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum is nearby and can be visited either before or after the walk. About halfway around the lake, you’ll find options to grab refreshments, including Rustic Pizza Co or Subway—ideal for picking up food, drinks, or even an ice cream during the walk.
