Take a break from the treadmill of life!
Join me for an enjoyable Sunday visit to Petworth Deer Park. We'll be able to walk around the grounds and take in splendid scenery and views. People can bring a packed lunch or enjoy some food from the on site cafe. If people want to hang around we can enjoy some further walking before buying some coffee and cake for another break. All the time we'll be able to unwind and socialise with other ODL members. This will be a great opportunity to meet new people in a relaxed environment.
Please note this event is for a visit to Petworth Deer Park and not the main Petworth House. Although members are free to visit that should they wish.
Dogs:
I love having dogs on my events. I just ask that owners please ensure they are kept on a lead as appropriate, especially around livestock and when near busy roads. Please, also remember that not everyone is a dog lover. On this particular event dogs, unless assistance dogs, are not permitted in the cafe area.
Don’t Waste That Space!
Events get filled up quite quickly, so please only sign up if you know you are free to attend. Plans do sometimes change, but remember to free up your space so someone else can attend.

What to bring
Walking boots or trainers should be fine. Areas of grass maybe slightly muddy. As we are outside bring a waterproof jacket just in case.
Food & drink
You can bring a packed lunch or buy some food from the Audit Room Cafe. People can also simply enjoy a cuppa and a chat. Consider bringing a bottle of water for the walking bits.
