Christmas Social in Bolton 2022

Come and join OutdoorLads for a wonderful Saturday afternoon/evening in Bolton for our Christmas social !

We will be welcoming and celebrating this festive time of the year by visiting some of the finest brew houses, including Ye Olde Man and Scythe, which is thought to have been built prior to 1251 and is well renowned for its hauntings and spooky goings-on. Ye Olde Man and Scythe is full of character and has a lovely atmosphere. There will be plenty of opportunity for a nice ale, some nibbles, and the chance to throw some shapes on the dancefloor for those who wish to stay on a bit later.

We are starting a little bit earlier in the evening this time, at 5 pm, so please feel free to come and join the group whenever you are ready. No rush.

There will also be an opportunity to get food from one of the many take away's, restaurants and bars in the town centre.

Socials are great events for both new and existing members. If you are in any way uncertain about joining OutdoorLads, are concerned about fitness/ability, or whether OutdoorLads is for you, then do come along. Give us a go, have a drink with us and see why members have made friends through OutdoorLads. It is also a great opportunity to chat about upcoming events. These events are always friendly and enjoyed by all.

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend. 

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, even if they are extremely mild, or who has recently tested positive for Covid-19, is asked not to attend.
