Chester Pride 2019 (rescheduled)

OutdoorLads is excited to be part of the Chester Pride parade again this year, and we're glad it has been rescheduled after getting cancelled in August for bad weather.

Whether you like hill-walking or hiking, hostelling or camping, kayaking or climbing, grab your red ODL t-shirt and join your OutdoorLads mates as we march through Chester city centre in a vibrant parade that marks the beginning of the Chester Pride Festival. Participating in Pride is an important way to spread the OutdoorLads message to potential new members.

Come join in the fun of the parade, show your pride in being a part of this amazing organisation and help show that OutdoorLads does #GetOutMore!

We will start and end in Castle Square, which is where the main stage is based.

After the parade has finished, join us as we head into the free Pride Festival in Castle Square for a few drinks to enjoy live music and great entertainment all afternoon. The Pride Festival also offers a variety of community and market stalls, food concessions, bars and a chill out zone.

Once we get to the Pride Festival we can hopefully encourage more guys to get involved in OutdoorLads events!

There is a local (ish) walk the following weekend https://www.outdoorlads.com/events/north-wales-path-over-conwy-mountain-190928, so we will be promoting this during the day and encouraging those interested in OutdoorLads to come along and find out more.
