Chester Festive Daywalk 2022

Chester is one of England's finest cities with the most complete example of Roman city walls in the UK. The city granted its status in 1541, was the last to fall to the Normans during the assault by William the Conqueror.

We'll head from the station in the direction of the City Walls. Walking along the walls past Chester Racecourse & down to the River Dee. We'll follow the course of the Dee as far as the city limits, passing some of the city's most impressive properties, returning towards the city via the Duke of Westminter's estate.

This short 6-mile walk will take in the best sights of Chester and will be finished around mid-afternoon. You'll then be free to do your own thing, or you can join us for lunch at a local pub.

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend. 

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, even if they are extremely mild, or who has recently tested positive for Covid-19, is asked not to attend.
