Registering on this event does not get you a ticket. You need to buy them via this link to the CAMRA SITE  . Tickets already purchsed are valid on the new day or can be returned for a refund. Refunded tickets will appear for re-sale in due course. Usually the event is sold out on the day.

The annual CAMRA Bristol Beer Festival takes place in the lovely architecture of Brunel’s Old Station. Bristol Temple Meads was designed by the British engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel and opened in August 1840 as the western terminus of the Great Western Railway from London Paddington

This is an opportunity to flex your taste buds and relax with other members.  There will be a HUGE selection of real ales on sale (140 on the first day) as well as a good range of ciders and perry. There will also be a variety of food available, or you can bring your own. Prices are similar to or slightly under pub prices. You can sample as few or as many as you wish, or are capable of! (We encourage you to drink responsibly) Drinks are available in 1/3 or 1/2 pint measures so you can sample lots of different ones.

If this is your first time at one of these, rest assured, the atmosphere is very friendly, and it is a good laugh. Non-Members are welcome to join this social event, ideally come along with a member, otherwise you may find it hard to spot us as there's lots of groups of people that go.

The ticket price (£12.50) gets you in and gives you a free 1/2 pint glass (you can take it home), £5 worth of beer tokens, and a program / tasting notes . You then buy tokens to exchange for beer etc. There is some seating, but expect to be standing most of the time. We will fix a meeting point so there's someone in rotation looking after coats etc. and a place to chat.
