Calshot Indoor Climbing - Experienced Climbers

2-5 hours
Calshot Activities claims that its facilities rate amongst the biggest and best in the Country, with over 1200 sq metres of climbing and over 80 rope lines. There is a wide range of routes from easy angled lower walls, for a gentle introduction, through to massive overhangs and roofs, giving routes over 14m in length, guaranteed to test the best.
Indoor climbing centres offer the challenges of climbing that you'll find on natural outdoor structures; simply indoors. It's a fun way to stay fit, you will quickly begin to develop arm, back, finger, and core strength as a result of the many reaches and holds that are repeated through the completion of the climb.
This event is for members that are deemed to be competent climbers and do not require a guided session. All members that fulfil these criteria and can demonstrate to the centre staff that you can climb safely are welcome to attend.
To come along, you will need to register via the event page, and to climb you will need to pay an entry fee directly to the centre when you arrive.
Once assessed, you can become a member for a fee of £7.00 per year to become eligible for the members' rate of £9.50 (peak) or £8.00 (off-peak).
Non-members will need to be sign in as visitors for who the entry fee is £12.00.
For your first time climbing with us, please contact the event leader in advance to let him know what your skills and experience are.
It is important that all members sign up through the event page to make sure the event leader has all information for the members attending.
