Where did the 20 years go!? It's been an epic tens of thousands of miles walked, climbed, skied, kayaked, cycled; thousands of friendships made; and an immeasurable amount of laughter and incredible memories.
We hope you can join us in the Peak District to celebrate this epic milestone!
There are three accommodation types for this event, so please ensure you book on the correct one:
All accommodation types include the catering and entertainment in the main building.
The hostel has a range of modern, all-ensuite rooms with bunk beds. They are spacious and well appointed, this is a lovely hostel!
The weekend will include a formal AGM which all Full/Concession Members are very much encouraged to attend to help us formally celebrate our amazing volunteers and members. (If you want to attend just the AGM and not stay at the hostel or for the party, that will be possible and details will be made available in due course, along with details of the AGM live stream.)
You can also expect amazing walks and other events offered by our volunteers, on-site activities (is that a zip wire on top of the building!?), spectacular food, a fully-stocked bar, a late night disco with DJ Dan, and we're going to party like its 2016 with a Ceilidh with Triple Scotch (yes, they want to come back!)!
Whether you have been a member since 2006 when we formed or only just joined us today - all are welcome and all have played a part creating, shaping and continuing this wonderful organisation which has changed lives, brought lifelong friends together (and even husbands!), and given everyone the chance to try something new with our wide range of activities for all.
You don't want to miss out on this epic weekend, so get booking!

Food & drink
Food
Friday evening - a series of fillings for Jacket Potatoes will be provided along with some salad and coleslaw
Friday and Sunday Breakfast - Cereals, Toast, Fruit Salad and Yoghurts will be available both mornings
Lunches - please bring your own lunches, there will be limited or no fridge space given the number of people attending, so please consider bringing a cool box for your car or a packed lunch that doesn't need refrigeration.
Saturday Dinner - our volunteers will have the night off from the kitchen. A caterer will be brought in and a fabulous 2 course meal will be provided. Full details will come closer to the time.
All dietary requirements will be catered for so please ensure your requirements are up to date.
Drink
The OutdoorLads Bar will be in operation throughout the weekend so please leave your own drinks at home and support your charity by buying from the bar. We work hard to keep prices down versus a typical establishment and we do so to help you all. We will have a selection of draft ales, lager and cider plus bottled options too. We will have wine and prosecco by the glass and bottle and plenty of non alcoholic options too either for those who don't drink or if you just fancy pacing yourself. (The venue is licensed and so own drinks cannot be brought into the dining or communal areas, including the disco.)
