SUP, Kayak, Canoe on the River Frome (Dorset)

Come and enjoy the beauty of the River Frome from Wareham to Poole Harbour. See the yachts, birds and wildlife that frequent this beautiful place and have a throughly fun day out on the water.

We will all meet at Wareham Boat hire HQ where we will get kitted up with our supplied buoyancy aids. We then have a choice of 

2 Stand up Paddle Boards (2 People)

5 Single Kayaks (5 People)

2 Double Kayaks (4 People)

3 Canadian Canoes (6 - 9 People)

Event cost £23 payable in cash on the day.

Once sorted with our chosen water craft, our valuables and lunch secured in dry bags, we will set off to explore on the picturesque River Frome. Today is a self guided tour so it will be just us out on the water.

We will start by exploring up and down the river and then branch out to a secluded area on Poole Harbour. There are several small islands in this harbour and we could certainly visit one. During this time we can pull up on the bank or island and have a well earned rest and some lunch. After some more exploring using paddle power, we will make our way back to the boat hire centre.

For those who do not wish to rush back there is a pub very near the River to have a drink before travelling home.

NB: This event and hire of your chosen water craft will cost you £23 and is payable by cash ONLY on arrival at the boat hire HQ.
