Nadolig Llawen! Come and enjoy a very 'Merry Christmas' in Wales with OutdoorLads this December, nestled under the north face of Penyfan - brooding peak of the Brecon Beacons. This legendary event promises a mix of amazing walking, Christmas Dinner to die for, Secret Santa, entertainment to leave you rolling - and a starry setting among friends, fire and song, to remember the true spirit of Christmas.
ODL's first ever weekend at the hugely popular Llwynycelyn Hostel, this cosy 19th Century farmhouse is set in a tranquil position with access to some of the best walking in Wales. The hostel is set in 15 acres of ancient National Park woodland, overlooking the River Tarell. Step outside and there are breathtaking views towards Pen y Fan... but you may find it hard to leave this hostel's roaring fire, welcoming lounge of comfy arm chairs and the great OutdoorLads festive cheer!
What to bring
Please bring a gift for the Secret Santa - this should be wrapped, and to the value of about £5. Santa's sack will be ready and waiting for you to fill him up on arrival :-)

*Please note the winter weather in the Brecon Beacons can be unpredictable. It could be cold and windy, or even snow (yay), and the weather can change rapidly. So pack for changeable conditions, and remember to bring a towel, washing kit and clothes to wear about the hostel.

Food & drink
Friday night: Please bring one item for the group buffet, something small and tasty to feed 2-3 people (and that doesn't require prep other than heating on arrival - as the kitchen will be full). Go easy on the onion quiche, we'll all be breathing the same air...!
Saturday breakfast: Included in the event cost.
Saturday lunch: Please bring a packed lunch.
Saturday 3-course Christmas dinner: Included in the event cost.
Sunday breakfast: Included in the event cost.
Tea & coffee: Included throughout the weekend.
