Prestwich Forest Park Summer Evening Walk

Come and experience Prestwich’s hidden gem, miles upon miles of greenbelt, woodland and meadows for a circular walk on a Summer evening.  We’ll start from Prestwich tram stop and walk to the picturesque Clough, then along down to the waters edge at the River Irwell for a chance to practice some stone skimming.

Then we will head up hill to the Philip’s Park House, with fine views over Manchester, before heading back through the woodland.

Afterwards we can sample a beer or two in one of the neighbourhood bars nearby.
