Falkirk & Avonbridge Circular Evening Cycle

Come join us for the first of a series of mid-week evening bike rides in Central and Eastern Scotland, dust off your bike and come for a fun ride!
This is a circular ride of 18.3 miles from Falkirk High Station to Slamannan and back via Avonbridge with the intention of raising fitness for some longer rides later in the season... Part of the route follows the one taken by Pedal for Scotland

Road bikes are best for this run though hybrid bikes will have to work a lot harder to keep up! No-one will get left behind, however you must have a reasonable level of fitness.
Sunset is at 9pm, however bring bike lights just in case it gets dark.
What to bring
Make sure you bring basic tools and puncture repair equipment!
Food & drink
Please eat something before the bike ride and bring snacks and drink with you. The intention is not to stop during the ride for pub but this can be done at the end of the ride if requested.
